Junta Chief Reiterates Appeal to Forsake Military Route in 77th Myanmar Independence Day Address

Myanmar junta leader Senior General Min Aung Hlaing once again urged for the abandonment of armed conflict in a message for the 77th Myanmar Independence Day festivities. 

In the communication, the junta leader remarked, "The factions involved in armed conflict against the State are encouraged to forsake the route of violence and address political issues through political means."
