NUG Ministry of Human Rights condemns deadly airstrike by Myanmar junta in Mingyan Township

The Ministry for Human Rights of the National Unity Government (NUG) released an infographic report on 29 January detailing a deadly airstrike by the Myanmar junta on Singwat village in Myingyan Township, Mandalay Region on 26 January.

According to the Ministry of Human Rights, at approximately 7:50 am on 26 January jet fighters dropped two 500-pound bombs on Singwat village. Mi-35 helicopter gunships participated in the airstrike. A school, residences, and unarmed civilians were targeted in the 30-minute attack on the village along the Semi Khon Road.
