Four killed, ten others injured in junta airstrikes over Pann Nilar village in Ponnagyun

Four individuals, including women and children, lost their lives, and ten others were injured due to airstrikes conducted by the junta on Pann Nilar village in Ponnagyun Township, Rakhine State, reports indicated.
The village of Pann Nilar, located approximately 24 miles north of the state capital Sittwe, was struck by two 300-pound bombs released by the Myanmar Air Force from a fighter jet at 11:40 a.m. and 11:42 a.m. on October 31, a local villager confirmed to Narinjara.
“Four individuals, including children, lost their lives. The individuals who passed away included a male child, a female child, and an adult woman. Among the ten individuals injured, eight sustained severe injuries," he stated.
A significant number of displaced individuals reside in Pann Nilar village, and it is still under examination whether those affected were local inhabitants of Pann Nilar or internally displaced persons (IDPs).
