Attack on Taungoo air forces base kills 7 including military officers

On 4 January, Independence Day, an attack on the Taungoo air forces base headquarters resulted in the death of seven personnel, including three military officers, and injuries to ten others, including two officers, said BWM Mission 28.

BWM Mission 28 reported that the base was targeted with 12 improvised rockets, 10 of which struck the hangar.
