-In Minbu (Saku) Township of Magway Region, there were local battles between the junta army and the revolutionary forces. According to Minbu District Battalion (6), there were casualties among no fewer than 10 junta soldiers and the junta troops retreated.

-In the first four months of 2026, 11 junta soldiers defected to Ye Guerrilla Force under the supervision of People’s Defence Force Strategy (33). The commander of the force called for public contribution so that financial reward can be provided to those who bring weapons.

-Gantgaw District PDF sent bullet-proof vests, helmets and equipment to their comrades serving in ethnic areas.

-In Boatpyin Township of Tanintharyi Region, a combination of the revolutionary forces conducted a drone attack on the junta army. Reportedly, no fewer than 10 junta soldiers, including officers, died.

-The Interim Executive Council of Karenni State sent a congratulatory statement on the establishment of the Tanintharyi Federal Unit Implementation Council.
