• In Sagaing Region, Yinmabin District People’s Administration announced that traveling on the Chindwin River would be temporarily banned from January 16 to 27 in Kani Township.

• The Labour Bureau-NUG stated that they had conducted the second discussion to create job opportunities for Myanmar nationals staying in Mae Sot on Thai-Myanmar border for various reasons, provide humanitarian assistance and help with their stability.

• In Monywa Township of Sagaing Region, Monywa District Force (4) conducted an attack via remote mines on the junta soldiers on secret patrol on Monywa-Mandalay Road demanding money from the public.

• The focal persons of Yangon Regional People’s Defence Force handed over uniforms, hats and boots, obtained via 1500-lakh Campaign, to the financial focal person of Northern District PDF.
