The National Unity Government (NUG)
In Taungthar Township of Mandalay Region, the People’s Defence Force attacked junta troops supporting Pyusawti Militia in Tanaunggone Village. Reportedly, 3 junta members died and another one was caught alive.
Pyin Oo Lwin District PDF (510) has been recruiting new members.
According to Ministry of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management-NUG, it might continue to rain in upper Myanmar due to a low-pressure area within the week. They also warned about the risks of flooding from rivers and streams.
Under the Ministry of Defence-NUG, the PDF (808) completed their refreshers’ training (1/2025).
In Thegone Township of Bago Region, Aye Kyaw Myint, a junta informant and Pyusawti member in Tat Village, was shot dead as he attempted to take a gun and run away during interrogation.
