The National Unity Government (NUG)

-In Pakokku Township of Magway Region, the People’s Defence Force under Pakokku District Command attacked the junta police station in Myit Chay at 4:00 am Wednesday. Reportedly, they gained complete control at about 5:00 am and confiscated weapons.

-Daw Zin Mar Aung, Union Minister of Foreign Affairs-NUG, stated that the Steering Council for the Emergence of a Federal Democratic Union (SCEF) had upcoming trips abroad. She added that they would continue to meet with the Myanmar diaspora on every trip as it plays a crucial part in the revolution.

-In Chauk Township of Magway Unit, Local Emergency Administration Team issued a statement on Monday, urging the non-CDM staff under the military junta to join the public.

-Myanmar’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations U Kyaw Moe Tun stated that 16.2 million people, including 5 million children, in Myanmar are in urgent need of humanitarian aid for their right to life.

-In Kantbalu Township of Sagaing Unit, the PDF provided certificates of honour and financial aid to the families of the comrades who had sacrificed their lives in local battles at Male Area.

-Magway Regional PDF supported food to displaced people in Minbu District, Magway District and Pakokku District.
