RCUK’s response to Argentine Court’s historic decision on Rohingya crimes

The Administrative Office of the Rohingya Centres (Head Office) in the UK released a statement on 16 February, warmly welcoming the landmark ruling by the Argentine Federal Court on 13 February 2025. The court has issued arrest warrants for 25 leaders of the Myanmar military, including Commander-in-Chief Min Aung Hlaing.
This decision represents a critical milestone in the pursuit of justice, holding perpetrators of genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes accountable for their atrocities against the Rohingya people.
