List of winning candidates for 56 constituencies announced, USDP elected in 52 seats

The list of candidates elected for 56 constituencies of the Pyithu Hluttaw, Amyotha Hluttaw, Region and State Hluttaws has been announced, with the Union Solidarity and Development Party winning the most seats in 52 constituencies, according to a statement issued by the Union Election Commission on January 2.
In the multi-party democratic general election to be held in phases starting on December 28, 2025, the relevant regional and state sub-commissions announced the representatives in accordance with Section 41 (a) of the Pyithu Hluttaw Election Law with Announcement No. (1/2026). According to the announcement, the representatives for 15 Pyithu Hluttaw constituencies are 14 representatives from the USDP and 1 representative from the Shan and Nationalities Democratic Party (White Tiger Party).
The relevant regional and state subcommissions also announced that the representatives for 25 Pyithu Hluttaw constituencies are 24 representatives from the USDP and one representative from the Mon Unity Party in accordance with Section 49 (b) of the Pyithu Hluttaw Election Law.
After that, the Shan State Election Subcommission announced in accordance with Section 41(a) of the Amyotha Hluttaw Election Law that U Aung Zaw Lat from the Wa National Party has been elected as the Pyithu Hluttaw representative for Shan State, Amyotha Hluttaw (First-Past-The-Post System) Constituency (1), according to the announcement issued by the Union Election Commission.
