The development of a country is often assessed by economic development. Countries with strong economies are valued as developed countries. In order to strengthen economic development, human resources development is necessary. The health and intelligence of every person in the public is crucial for human resource development. Only healthy and educated people are highly valuable human resources. Only they can carry out tasks for the development of the country. Today is the “Age of Knowledge”, and the “Human Development Index” (HD) is often used as a key tool to measure a country’s overall performance. This includes: 1) the life expectancy of each citizen; 2) the adult literacy rate; 3) the type of primary, secondary and high school education; and 4) the income of each citizen. In carrying out tasks for economic development of a country, the above factors are closely related to each other.
