Death Toll Rises to 7 in Sin Ai Village Airstrike, Pauktaw Township

The Myanmar military junta bombed Sin Ai Village in Pauktaw (Wirathani) Township, killing 7 civilians—including three Muslim internally displaced persons (IDPs)—and injuring 17 others.
A jet fighter dropped four 200-pound bombs on the village at approximately 6:20 PM. Residents stated that the Myanmar Air Force conducted the airstrike deliberately in an area with no active ground combat.
Casualties Identified as Daw Win Ma (95 years old) , Daw U Mya Than (65 years old) Daw Yee Yee Than (50years old), Daw Ma Khin Than (65 years old), Ma Ni Ni (28 year old) (Muslim IDP), Sar Hat, Son of Ma Ni Ni, (6 years old) and Maung Marmoud Sorit (20 years old), Grade-8 student.
Among the 17 injured is Ma Khin Khin Win (also known as Waing Sein Ma), 24, originally from Sittwe.
