Thirty-year-old woman receiving medical care passes away in Mrauk-U, raising bombing death toll to 15

On August 25, following the Myanmar Air Force's attack on the historic Arakanese city of Mrauk-U, another woman died while receiving medical care, bringing the total number of fatalities to 15.
Daw Khin Aye Yi, 30, of Mrauk-U, is the most recent patient to pass away while undergoing medical care.
The airstrike severely wounded her, and she passed away this afternoon, September 6, at 2:00 p.m., while undergoing life-saving medical care.
At about 11:30 p.m. on August 25, Myanmar air forces dropped two 500-pound bombs on the Dai Kyi ward of Mrauk-U as part of an airstrike.
