Terrorist Military Air Raids on Temporary Maternity Hospital in Mrauk-U Kill About 4 Innocent Civilians, Including 3 Women, and Injure Many

The terrorist Myanmar military bombed the temporary maternity hospital in Mrauk-U, Arakan State, using two jet fighters at around 5:30 PM today, November 1.

Local residents reported that during the inhumane and terrorist bombing by the terrorist Myanmar military on the temporary maternity hospital in Mrauk-U, about 4 innocent civilians including 3 women were killed, and many others sustained injuries.

"They came and bombed a hospital where newborn babies and patients were located. We saw bodies with severed legs and scattered flesh fragments. Targeting innocent children and mothers is truly despicable," said a local resident.

The casualty figures from the bombing of the Mrauk-U temporary maternity hospital may still change, and further detailed information will continue to be reported.

The terrorist military junta had previously bombed the Mrauk-U General Hospital on December 10 of last year, resulting in over 100 casualties among innocent civilians, including infants.

Facing defeats in ground engagements against the Arakan Army (AA), the terrorist military junta has been continuously carrying out terrorist airstrikes targeting markets, hospitals, schools, roads, bridges, and residential neighborhoods where innocent civilians live and frequent.
