The National Unity Government (NUG)

-In Inle Area of Southern Shan State, two members of Inle People’s Defence Force have been arrested by the military junta. On Monday, the IPDF issued an emergency warning to the associates of the comrades to flee to a safe place.

-On May 30, a delegation of the Steering Council for the Emergence of a Federal Democratic Union (SCEF) met with members of the Myanmar community in Toronto, Canada.

-In Yetashay Township of Bago Region, the junta army carried out an aerial attack on Najet (Lower) Village on Saturday morning. Reportedly, an elderly man lost his life and 2 other people were injured.

-It was reported that there might be isolated heavy rainfalls in many areas of Myanmar including Shan State before June 14. Therefore, the NUG’s Ministry warned of flood risks.

-In Gantgaw Township of Magway Region, there was an attack via sniper on the junta army and Pyusawti Militia stationed in the town of Kyaw. Reportedly, a junta member died.

-On Friday, the Ministry of Human Rights-NUG discussed their activities and action plans with the Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw.
