The National Unity Government (NUG) 

• In Kalay Township of Sagaing Region, Kalay District People’s Defence Force attacked the junta army and Pyusawti Militia in Hnaw Nyaungbin Village. Reportedly, 5 junta soldiers died and 6 guns were confiscated. 

• The National Unity Consultative Council called for a stop to fighting among Chin revolutionary forces in Chin State. 

• In Sagaing Region, Ye-U Township PDF conducted a recruitment event on Monday. 

• Along with weapons, 3 soldiers conscripted by force for the junta army defected to Dawei District PDF (1). Reportedly, they were rewarded with 100 lakh MMK.
