The National Unity Government (NUG)

-On Monday, Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw stated that the NUG had been reformed and that Dr. Zaw Wai Soe, former Minister for Health and Education, had been appointed to be Union Minister for the Prime Minister Office-NUG.

-In Letbadan Township of Bago Region, there was a battle between the revolutionary force and the junta army on secret patrol near Magyigwin Village.

According to Minhla Township People’s Defence Force, 2 junta soldiers died whereas a PDF comrade was hit with a heavy weapon and injured.

-In Banmauk Township of Sagaing Region, the junta army conducted an aerial bombing on a local gold mine. Reportedly, a person lost their life and 5 others were injured.
