The National Unity Government (NUG)

-In Swar Township of Bago Region, a combination of the People’s Defence Forces were able to seize the junta’s Swarmagyi (Swar Ywarma) Camp. According to Nay Pyi Taw Regional Command on Saturday, there has been heavy fighting on the eastern side of Sittaung River.

-In Gantgaw Township of Magway Region, there was an attack on a junta gate in Kyaw. In response, the junta army fired heavy artillery, injuring 2 civilians.

-On Friday, the Steering Council for the Emergence of a Federal Democratic Union (SCEF) conducted a diplomatic briefing in Bangkok. Present on the occasion were representatives from 24 countries and focal persons of some international organizations.

-In Wuntho Township of Sagaing Unit, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation-NUG conducted an educational talk on conservation.
