The National Unity Government (NUG)

· According to U Sithu Maung from the Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH), a special meeting inclusive of the opposition including the NUG has been held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia starting from August 4. Reportedly, it has been led by Malaysia, the rotating Chair of the ASEAN.

· Beside the Monywa-Mandalay Road, there was an attack on the junta army preparing for a secret patrol near the Two Elephants Monastery. Reportedly, a junta soldier died on the spot.

· Ministry of Human Rights-NUG has been collecting the records of human rights violations by the junta army against civilians. They have also updated the data dashboard on a monthly basis.
