The National Unity Government (NUG)

• The Acting President Duwa Lashi La stated that China has been approaching the NUG with various perspectives. In the government meeting on April 29, he told the NUG to straighten some of the Chinese views on them.

• In Thabaitgyin Township, Mandalay People’s Defence Force met with the local victims of the junta’s aerial attacks from Yehtwet Village and Laitkya Village on April 27 and provided financial support.

• On April 30, the Ministry of Human Rights-NUG completed a training of trainers on human rights to the focal persons of human rights from Sagaing and Magway Region.

• At 10:00 am Thursday, the NUG Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration conducted a meeting (16/2025).
