The National Unity Government (NUG)
-According to the weather forecast by Ministry of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management-NUG on Monday, there might be rainfall all across the country until November 2, with the likelihood of thundershowers in Sagaing Region, Tanintharyi Region, Ayeyarwady Region and Kachin State.
-The NUG expressed their appreciation for the international efforts to combat transnational crimes including Kyar Phyant online scam gangs. They also stated that they are ready to cooperate in such efforts.
-The spokesperson of Union Prime Minister Office-NUG stated that the junta leaders have been associated with Kyar Phyant online scams harming not only Myanmar and the ASEAN but also all the global citizens.
-The spokesperson of Union Prime Minister Office-NUG U Nay Phone Latt called on ASEAN not to help legitimize the junta’s election and just to support the path being implemented by the NUG and their ethnic alliance.
-In Seik Phyu Township of Magway Region, the People’s Defence Force raided a junta inspection gate between Gwaybinchaung Village and Taungngelone Village on Monday morning. Reportedly, no fewer than 4 junta soldiers died whereas the leader of the PDF troop, Comrade Seik Phyu or Hein Min Thu, lost his life.
-Under the Ministry of Defence-NUG, Taungnyo Column completed their basic military training Batch (2).
-Myanmar’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations U Kyaw Moe Tun stated that the military junta and Border Guard Force under their control have been creating smooth and safe spaces for criminal gangs including Kyar Phyant ones.
-According to Tanintharyi Regional Military Department, the public are not to travel along the Myeik-Tanintharyi-Boatpyin Road starting from October 28 due to intense military tension between the junta army and the revolution forces.
-Ministry of Defence-NUG provided financial support for the comrades of Ayeyar Daung Force under Pakkoku District PDF (5), who had lost their lives.
