The National Unity Government (NUG)

• Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw sent a statement of honour to the 65th anniversary of the establishment of Kachin Independence Organization on Saturday.

• In No. (1) Military Region under the NUG, the Headquarters of Ministry of Defence-NUG called for public participation in the campaign to support armour for the People’s Defence Forces in Sagaing Region.

• For the second time, Gantgaw District PDF paid respect to the family members of the comrades who had lost their lives and body parts in the fight for federal democracy.

• Myanmar Permanent Representative to the United Nations U Kyaw Moe Tun stated that the education sector had collapsed after the military coup.

• Ambassador U Kyaw Moe Tun called on the international community to ban weapon sales to the military junta attacking civilian targets including ethnic minorities in the country.
