The National Unity Government (NUG)


-In Mandalay Region, Myingyan Township Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management- NUG supported 29,000MMK per displaced person from 3 local villages, along with travel expenditure.


-In Kyungsu Township of Tanintharyi Region, there was an attack on 2 cars of the junta police and Pyusawti Militia. Reportedly, 5 junta members died, a driver and a former Pyusawti member were caught alive and weapons were confiscated.


-In Khin-U Township of Sagaing Region, there was a guerrilla attack on a junta troop on their way out of Monehla village. Reportedly, the troop ran away in chaos and weapons were confiscated.


-In Canberra, Australia, Union Minister for Foreign Affairs- NUG met with Senator Dean Smith. Reportedly, they discussed rejecting the junta’s sham election.


-In Paungty Township of Bago Region, the People’s Defence Force (3601) conducted a mine attack on a truck carrying about 30 junta soldiers.


-As a 16-day movement against gender-based violence, the NUG stated that it is necessary to join hands with the international organizations including the United Nations to put an end to digital violence against women and girls.
