The National Unity Government (NUG)
According to the Ministry of Human Rights-NUG on Friday, 125 people lost their lives in April due to the junta’s massacres.
The Ministry of Human Rights-NUG stated that the military junta had committed 582 cases of human rights violations in April.
According to Ministry of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management-NUG, an earthquake with Richter Scale 4.2 hit with the epicentre in the southwest of Moegok in Mandalay Region at 9:38 am Saturday.
In Tanintharyi Region, a soldier from the junta’s Ka-Ma-Ya (401) based in Dawei took away the weapons and defected to Longlone Township People’s Defence Force. Reportedly, he was rewarded 3,000,000 MMK.
In Sintku Township and Madayar Township of Mandalay Region, Anti-Junta Forces Coordination Committee, Committee Representing Mandalay Hluttaw and Mdy PDF jointly conducted public campaigns in 27 local villages.
Regarding currently-evolving general political affairs, military affairs, foreign affairs and humanitarian affairs, the National Unity Consultative Council held discussions with the NUG.
