The National Unity Government (NUG)


  • In No. (1) Military Region under Ministry of Defence-NUG, Pakkoku District Regiment (19) disseminated military newsletters and provided healthcare in Seik Phyu Township of Magway Region.

  • Daw Myat Thidar Tun, the Chair of International Affairs Committee under Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw, participated in a discussion on the involvement of women in the establishment of democracy and the constitution in Myanmar.


Revolution Activities

  • Forty organizations working for women and LGBTQIA+ called on the NUG and revolutionary organizations to take effective action against gender-based violence and sexual assaults associated with conflicts in Myanmar.

  • In Demoso Township of Karenni State, the upper part of a stupa collapsed, its umbrella fell on the ground and 25 houses including a school were damaged due to heavy rain and strong winds that swept over the area in an untimely manner.

  • In Bangkok, a discussion is being held regarding Myanmar’s affairs which became more complex after the military coup causing problems with security on the Thailand-Myanmar Border at Thai Parliament Building on March 22 and 23.

  • In Oatshinpin Township of Bago Region, the junta army has been preparing for defence by a large number of soldiers and weapons near Nyaung Chaytaut Village where their defence equipment factory (6) is situated. Reportedly, there has been heavy fighting between Nyaung Chaytaut Village and Nyaunggyo Village.

  • Yangon Drone Force and Four Yangon Brotherhood Forces formed an alliance due to their common goal.

  • Kim Aris (alias) Ko Htein Linn, the younger son of State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, raised funds worth nearly 90,000 USD from his trip to New York and Boston in the United States. Reportedly, he will provide support to needy places in Myanmar with the funds.

  • The Foreign Ministry of Australia extended their warning to their citizens not to travel to Myanmar due to going armed conflicts and political instability in the country.

  • Fortify Rights stated that the Bangladeshi Government should cooperate with international justiciary mechanisms to take action against ARSA leaders for their war crimes.
