The National Unity Government (NUG)
The United Nations Human Rights Council proposed Mrs. Kelley Currie as the next Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar. Regarding it, Ministry of Human Rights-NUG welcomed the proposal.
In Yinmabin Township of Sagaing Region, over 80 junta soldiers died and no fewer than 60 others were injured in prolonged fighting between the revolutionary forces and the junta troops invading the area for over a month.
On March 19, Deputy Ministers for Foreign Affairs-NUG had a constructive dialogue with a delegation of legal experts and the leaders of civil society organizations from Japan.
