The National Unity Government (NUG)

-Myanmar’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations U Kyaw Moe Tun called for the immediate release of State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.

-In Launglon Township of Tanintharyi Region, the junta army had heavy losses and withdrew from local battles in Sitbye Village. According to the People’s Defence Force, some dead bodies and weapons were confiscated.

-In Kanpetlet Township of Chin State, the junta army conducted an aerial bombing via fighter jet on Kyin Dway town on Friday midnight. According to Local Humanitarian Management Department, 6 civilians lost their lives and some others were injured.

-Under Ministry of Defence-NUG, Yangon Regional PDF Command had 5 battles against the junta army from February to May 2026.

-In the south of Gantgaw Township in Magway Unit, revolutionary forces met with families of the comrades who had sacrificed their lives and encouraged them.
