The National Unity Government (NUG)
In Saw Township of Magway Region, Gantgaw District Battalion (6) stated on Tuesday that there might be prolonged fighting against the large number of the junta armed forces in the area.
According to India Meteorological Department, the southwest monsoon has already entered Mon State, Tanintharyi Region and southern coastal areas in the south of Myanmar. Therefore, Ministry of Social, Labour and Humanitarian Affairs-NUG stated that there might be heavy rainfall and strong winds.
In Demoso of Karenni State, People’s Defence Force conducted an event on the 5th year of their establishment. Reportedly, they met with the families of the comrades who had sacrificed their lives and provided support.
At 10:00 am Monday, the Security and Defence Committee under Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw and Myanmar Defense & Security Institute consisting of CDM soldiers jointly organized a discussion on research findings.
In Yaw Area of Magway Unit, thousands of the junta soldiers have been operating. Therefore, Gantgaw District Battalion (6) called on local people to take caution.
