The National Unity Government (NUG)
U Nay Phone Latt, the spokesperson of Prime Minister Office-NUG, stated there is serious concern over the health and life of State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi.
On Saturday, the NUG stated that they would keep committed to the common destination of the Spring Revolution, namely remove the military coup and put an end to the involvement of the army in Myanmar’s politics.
According to Moegok Township People’s Defence Force in Mandalay Region, a former woman comrade joined the junta army. Reportedly, she has been persuading and threatening fellow comrades to do the same.
The NUG stated that they, ethnic armed organizations, revolution forces and the public still uphold the results of the 2020 General Election, and they still recognize U Win Myint and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi as the elected President and the State Counsellor.
According to People’s Security Force (Central), it was not the comrades of Sagaing Area People’s Security Force who joined the military junta. They were just the ones dismissed from the force for failing to follow the rules.
Under the Ministry of Defence-NUG, responsible personnel of Tanintharyi Regional Command equipped Myeik District PDF (3) with arms for the second time.
Daw Zin Mar Aung, leader of Myanmar MP Delegation, delivered a speech at the 152nd Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union held in Istanbul, Turkey.
21 local defence forces stated that they welcome the government of Magway Federal Unit that has arisen out of the 11th Magway Hluttaw Meeting and they would fight the military junta under the command of the Federal Unit Government.
