The National Unity Government (NUG)


  • In Nyaung-U Township of Mandalay Region, the People’s Defence Force attacked a junta troop contingent of about 100 soldiers on their way out from Ngathayauk Police Station. Reportedly, there were casualties among the junta members.

  • In Banmauk Township of Sagaing Region, the PDFs repaired local roads.

  • Myanmar’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations U Kyaw Moe Tun stated that the international law is just theoretical for Myanmar people.

  • In Ayeyarwady Region, the junta army conducted an aerial bombing via 3 fighter jets on Sapyin Village on October 23. Reportedly, no fewer than 24 civilians including children lost their lives.

  • Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw sent a statement to the 37th anniversary of the establishment of All Burma Students’ Democratic Front.

  • In Madayar Township of Mandalay Region, the comrades of the PDF helped the displaced with resettlement.

  • Mdy PDF announced on Friday that not only individuals but also groups could join them in the revolution war.
