The National Unity Government (NUG)

At 1:00 pm Wednesday, there was a meeting (12/2026) between the NUG Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration and People’s Administration Teams from Magway Region.

In Magway Region, there was an attack on a car of the junta’s Aunglan Township Officer on the way to take security measures for the junta’s Chief Minister.

According to People’s Defence Force Headquarters, 2 people including a junta captain died.

On Wednesday, Ministry of Social, Labour and Humanitarian Affairs-NUG issued safety guidelines for Myanmar migrant workers in Thailand.

Ministry of Human Rights-NUG stated that they had discussed with federal units not to lose the momentum of recording the human rights situation on the ground and conducting educational activities.
