The National Unity Government (NUG)

-In Magway Region, a soldier sent to serve the junta’s Natyekan Strategic Camp on Ahn-Padan Road, took away weapons and defected to Thayet District People’s Defence Force (4). Reportedly, he voluntarily chose to be a comrade and fight against the military dictatorship.

-According to Ministry of Women, Youth and Children’s Affairs-NUG, 1,162 children have lost their lives due to the junta army from the coup in 2021 to May 31 2025. Reportedly, most of them were from Sagaing Region.

-According to Monywa Township PDF, 3 soldiers conscripted for the junta’s Northwest Regional Command defected to them.

-In No. (1) military region under the NUG, Minbu District PDF (5) conducted an educational talk on preventive measures against airstrikes and mine, along with the show of revolution movies.
