The National Unity Government (NUG)-The Council of Boards for Basic Education (CBBE) objected to the NUG’s appointment of Ja Htwe Pan as Union Minister of Education. Reportedly, township education boards resigned from the Council regarding such an objection.

-According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-NUG, former Deputy Minister U Moe Zaw Oo was reappointed as an advisor.

-On Sunday afternoon, Union Minister of Foreign Affairs-NUG Daw Zin Mar Aung met with members of the Myanmar community in South Korea.

-On Sunday, Minister for Union Prime Minister Office-NUG Dr. Zaw Wai Soe met with the Mandalay Interim Governing Council.
