The National Unity Government (NUG)
During the 11th meeting of Magway Federal Unit Hluttaw on Thursday, 7 Ministers for the Interim Government of Magway Federal Unit and Attorney General were appointed. However, approval for two ministries could not be made yet due to objections.
Bo Let Yar, the focal person of Pakkoku District People’s Defence Force and Myaing Township People’s Defence Force, was appointed to be the Minister of Defence for the Interim Government of Magway Federal Unit Hluttaw.
In No. (1) Operation Area under Ministry of Defence-NUG, Special Military Command completed their basic military training.
Dr. Soe Thura Zaw, the Deputy Chief Officer of the PDF Military Headquarters, stated that the Spring Revolution had to go through corruption inside the revolution, in addition to external enemies. He added that a mechanism was being set up to control both.
The NUG will conduct a press conference regarding the junta’s massacre of civilians in Nyaunglebin Township.
In Nyaunglebin District of Bago Region, the revolution forces managed to rescue over 300 civilians arrested by the junta army. Reportedly, the PDFs have provided healthcare to those people.
In Minbu (Saku) Township of Magway Region, Minbu District Battalion (6) announced that they had not made a collection or not threatened any business people for money.
