The National Unity Government (NUG)
In Thabaitgyin Township of Mandalay Region, the junta army conducted an airstrike on Kyetyoebin Village. According to a focal person of Pyin Oo Lwin District People’s Defence Force, 4 people were injured.
In Kyaukdagar Township of Bago Region, a man conscripted by force for the junta army on Penwegone-Natthangwin Road, along with weaponry, defected to the PDF.
The Chair of the NUG Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration and Union Prime Minister Man Win Khine Than stated that the responsible personnel of their government had been trying their best, not only in relief efforts, but also in resettlement for the earthquake victims.
Ministry of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management-NUG stated that an earthquake with the Richter Scale 4.6 had hit the area near Tatgone Town in Naypyidaw Union Territory.
In Minhla Township of Bago Region, Kyi Hlaing, the administrator of Thindawkan Village Tract who had conscripted the youth by force and demanded a military service fee, was shot dead.
On Saturday, the junta army carried out an aerial bombing on the monastery in Kyakhet Village of Peyin Area. According to Yinmabin PDF, there were casualties among the monks and novices as well as the elderly who had been there to make merit during the Thingyan period.
