The National Unity Government (NUG)

-Committee Representing Pyitaungsu Hluttaw (CRPH) called on neighbouring countries, ASEAN, the United Nations and the international community to reject the result of the junta’s sham election held for army leaders to hold onto power.

-Naypyidaw Regiment (808) conducted a campaign for 20 weapons for the fight against the military junta and it came to a close on Monday. They also expressed thanks to the public for their contribution.

-In Phyuu Township of Bago Region, the junta army raided Kyaunggone Village on the western bank of Sittaung River. Reportedly, they murdered a layperson aged 50, who had not been able to flee from the monastery.

-On Tuesday, Monywa Township People’s Defence Force called not to use at all Monywa-Thazi Village Road Section in Sagaing Region.

-TRI Strategic Force of the PDF stated that there was still military tension in Madayar, Sintku, Thabaitgyin and Moegok in Mandalay Region.
