The National Unity Government (NUG) 


  • U Nay Phone Latt, spokesperson of the NUG, stated that they had paid the minimum payment to the United Nations for Myanmar, under representative Kyaw Moe Tun, not to lose the right to vote. 

  • On the 78th Karen National Day, the NUG sent a statement that the sacrifices and cooperation of Karen ethnic leaders and comrades play a vital role in the success of the Spring Revolution. 

  • According to Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration-NUG, Township People’s Security Force and Judiciary Department burnt narcotic drugs in Indaw Township of Sagaing Region. 

  • Through the funds earned from the 1500-Lakh Campaign, Yangon Regional People’s Defence Force equipped their members with uniforms and bullet-proof items. 

  • The NUG stated that the 79th Panglong Agreement Day would be celebrated at 9:00 am on February 12. 

  • Ministry of Human Rights-NUG provided training on the Military Code of Conduct and International Humanitarian Law to their focal persons. 

  • According to the National Unity Consultative Council, they discussed with the NUG about the reform of the Democracy Charter Part (2) to uproot the military dictatorship and use the revolutionary forces more collectively.
