Junta Executes 175-Bomb Strike on TNLA Territory Amid Negotiations in Kunming

On February 16, while the military junta and the Palaung State Liberation Front (PSLF/TNLA) were negotiating in Kunming, China, the junta initiated a bombing assault on Naung Cho Town, held by the TNLA, dropping 175 bombs. 

A statement from the PSLF/TNLA verified that the assault took place on February 15 in Naung Cho Township, Kyaukme District, situated within Brigade 2's area in Ta’ang State. 

The junta conducted the bombing without any previous combat.
