At least three people were injured and several buildings destroyed following military junta drone strikes on the Sane town market in Kyaukpyu Township, Rakhine State.
A local resident told Narinjara that the junta’s Taw Maw navy base launched four suicide drones around noon today.
"Four bombs were dropped. One hit a house directly, and others struck the market, causing everything in the blast radius to burn," the witness said.
The three injured victims were rushed to an emergency room for treatment.
This follows an earlier incident on March 20, where junta forces reportedly shelled a monastery in Kyauk Prauk village with two tanks, causing the roof to collapse.
