Junta airstrikes on Yoe Ta Yote Village, Ponnagyun, result in the deaths of 5 civilians, including 2 women and a boy, and injure 8 more

On the afternoon of December 31, the military carried out airstrikes on Yoe Ta Yote village in Ponnagyun Township, Arakan State, resulting in the deaths of five individuals, including two womenaand a boy, injuring 8 others, including a monk. 

Around 1:00 pm, the junta deployed two bombs from a fighter jet targeting a monastery in a residential area and a school housing displaced individuals.
