Indian engineering team inspects collapsed old Inwa Bridge

The Indian Embassy in Myanmar released a statement on April 13 that a team of Indian engineers has participated in the inspection of the old Inwa Bridge over the Ayeyarwaddy River damaged by the Mandalay earthquake.

The Indian team of experts and engineers for disaster relief and rehabilitation assisted Myanmar authorities in assessing earthquake-affected areas in Mandalay and Nay Pyi Taw, as well as the railway track of the old Inwa Bridge over the Ayeyarwaddy River in Mandalay, said the statement.
