In four clashes in Mandalay Region, 40 junta soldiers killed, revolutionary forces seize almost 50 weapons

Between September 25 and October 12, 2025, there occurred four conflicts in the Myingyan District of Mandalay Division, over a span of 17 days. In the course of these conflicts, around 40 soldiers, among them "Major Kyaw Min," lost their lives, and nearly 50 weapons were captured, as stated in a news announcement from the Myingyan District No. 4 Battalion on October 23.

The Battle on October 9

This battle took place involving a group of 200 soldiers from the army that moved forward from Nhao Kan village in Mahlaing Township toward Eingyi Taw village, also in Mahlaing Township.

Between September 9 and 12, the junta column faced numerous assaults from the revolutionary forces, specifically from the Myingyan District No. Four Battalion and No. 10 Battalion of PDF, encircled from all directions.
