China vows to collaborate with nations to rescue citizens trapped in online fraud abroad, including Myanmar

China said it would cooperate with relevant countries to save Chinese citizens who have fallen victim to online fraud in other countries, including Myanmar, reported the Bangkok Post.

China's Ministry of Public Security said on Wednesday that it will make every effort to save Chinese citizens who have fallen into the hands of fraudsters in other countries, including Myanmar.

China intends to work with other countries' law enforcement agencies to rescue citizens trapped overseas and dismantle online fraud sites, the Bangkok Post quoted CCTV as saying in a press release.
