Application to auction off half of the land at Compound No. 54 rejected

The Kamaryut District Court has rejected the application to sell half of the land at Compound No. 54 on University Avenue Road, Yangon, without the house, U Aung San Oo’s lawyer told One News.

The rejection order was made at the court hearing on August 7, and any necessary legal submissions would continue to be made in accordance with the law. The application was rejected by the Kamayut District Court in compliance with the order issued by the Union Supreme Court, according to U Aung San Oo’s lawyer. Further submissions and applications would continue to be made in line with the instructions of U Aung San Oo.
