Acting President, SSPC Chairman Senior General Min Aung Hlaing casts vote at Zeyathiri Township polling station

Acting President and Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Services Senior General Min Aung Hlaing cast vote at polling station No.1 in Anawrahta Ward, Zeyathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw at around 8 am on December 28.

The phase 1 of multiparty general election began on December 28 and is being held in 102 townships.

All 8 townships in Nay Pyi Taw are participating in phase 1 of the election.

Senior General Min Aung Hlaing was seen casting vote at polling station No.1 in Anawrahta Ward, Zeyathiri Township, Nay Pyi Taw, along with Chief of Military Security Affairs General Ye Win Oo, Chief of the General Staff (Army, Navy and Air Force) General Kyaw Swar Lin, leader of the information team of the National Defence and Security Council Major General Zaw Min Htun, and other senior military officers and their families.
