AA launches attacks using artillery, drones in Kyaukphyu, causing fatalities on military side

Local military sources indicated that the Arakan Army (AA) has recently attacked two military bases in Kyaukphyu Township, Arakan (Rakhine) State. The assaults involved the use of artillery and drones, leading to reported casualties.
The specific areas of focus were the artillery position at the Thit Pote Taung intersection and the 32nd Police Battalion.
A resident informed Narinjara that around 40 soldiers from the 32nd Police Battalion, one of the largest military bases belonging to the junta near Kyaukphyu, sustained injuries or were killed during the assault.
