37 temporary housing units completed in Nay Pyi Taw


Thirty-seven temporary housing units have been constructed to replace the ministry staff housing units that were damaged by the earthquake in Nay Pyi Taw, according to the National Disaster Management Committee.


The Ministry of Labor plans to construct a total of 75 temporary staff housing units. So far, they have already built 10 two-room apartments measuring 40×22 feet and 7 two-room apartments measuring 20×22 feet. Meanwhile, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation has completed the construction of 2 ten-room apartments measuring 45×24 feet, 17 three-room apartments measuring 36×15 feet, and 1 two-room apartment measuring 24×15 feet.
