2 inmates injured in Kyaukphyu IDP camp attack by military drones

Two men were injured in a drone attack by the military commission on a temporary IDP camp in Kyaukphyu locality on 24 February.
The injured individuals are identified as U Maung Nu Sein (78) hailin from Tha Phoe Taung village and U Maung Khin Htun (48) from Zai Chaung village under Kyaukphyu township.
The junta forces bombed the temporary camp near Nga Ohk village under Kyaukphyu township with a suicide drone at around 11 am. Another attack took place after five minutes, said a local resident.
Maung Nu Sein sustained a serious shrapnel wound on his right forearm, while Maung Khin Htun got injuries on his hip.
The civilians, who were taking shelter in the camp, left the place in search of safer shelters.
The number of civilian casualties and injured individuals has been rising as the military junta continues targeting the common people in Kyaukpyu locality after facing defeat in various battles against the revolutionary forces.
