Twenty-four civilians killed, 20 injured in airstrikes by Myanmar Air Force in Ye Kyi Township

It has been reported that the Myanmar Air Force carried out airstrikes on Sapyin village, located in Ye Kyi Township, Ayeyarwady Division, resulting in the deaths of 20 civilians, including four women, and injuring 20 others.
On October 23, between 11:30 am and 11:50 am, two jet fighters dropped two 500-pound bombs and one 250-pound bomb on Sapyin village, located in Ye Kyi Township, Ayeyarwady Division, at 1:20 pm.
As reported by local residents, an additional jet fighter was involved in the operation, with two more bombs dropped for a total of five 250-pound bombs.
