The National Unity Government (NUG)
Ministry of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management-NUG stated that it might get colder in most areas of Myanmar in the last week of December.
According to the spokesperson of the NUG Presidential Office on Tuesday, the Interim Public’s Judiciary Committee has been carrying out activities to monitor and control the statements issued in some areas to their heart’s content.
The NUG called on the international community not to provide legitimacy to the military junta led by Min Aung Hlaing as it was getting nearer for the junta leader to receive an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court.
According to Gantgaw People’s Defence Force, a junta soldier from Titain of Chin State, along with weapons, defected to them and he was rewarded with 50 lakh MMK.
The spokesperson of the NUG Presidential Office stated that the junta’s fake election was not the answer to Myanmar’s crisis and it was the victory of the revolution that could bring a sustainable solution.
Regarding the call of Singaporean Foreign Minister for the release of Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs-NUG claimed that Min Aung Hlaing might not do that as he dare not face the truth.
In Magway Region, a comrade of Gantgaw District PDF (4) caught a junta soldier and confiscated 3 guns from the Sakangyi Battle in Tilin. Reportedly, he was rewarded.
